Headed Out – Grantham, PA

June 6, 2013
What a wonderful blessing to have so many of our colleagues come out to see us off for the first leg of the tour. We left Thursday morning and headed west on the PA turnpike. The trip was riddled with traffic, road construction, and rain. Individually they are not so bad, but when you encounter the trifecta of driving woes you find yourself squinting through the doused windshield at a pair of brake lights 20 feet in front of you, all the while squeezed between cement cattle shoots hoping that you don’t veer too close to either side. By God’s grace we made it safely to Plain City, OH where my younger brother Joshua lives. We enjoyed a time of reconnecting and sharing about the upcoming stops of our trip.
